Rainbow (Seeing)

When seeing a rainbow, one should say the Brocho:
ברוך אתה ד' אלוקינו מלך העולם, זוכר הברית, ונאמן בבריתו, וקים במאמרו
The Brocho should only be said once a day unless the sky cleared, and then the storm started anew. If it is the next day the Brocho is said again (even if the sky did not clear).
